The Young Scholar Prize 

 

Fully paid conference participation in Fukuoka (Japan) between November 21-23, 2019

 

Academic publication

The Young Scholar Prize will be awarded to two (2) young scholars whose papers has been selected as the most promising scholarship among the participants. Eligible to apply for the Young Scholar Prize are

 

  • Master students

  • Doctoral students

  • Post-Docs (earned PhD no longer than 5 years)

Topic

The organizing committee will review papers related to algorithmic collusion.

 

Selection criteria are:

  • Originality and innovativeness of the work

  • Relevance to the theme

  • Gender equality

Timeline

  • The deadline for submission of full paper

 30 June 2019

  • Successful applicants will be informed no later than 

 30 August 2019

  • The conference is on Saturday 23 November 2019

Submission Guidelines

 

​Papers must be submitted via email to the following address:

The paper must be written in: 

  • times new roman

  • font 12

 

The paper should be between 15 and 25 pages (footnotes included).

 

Each paper must be preceded by an abstract of maximum 500 words.

Together with the paper, the young scholar should submit a biography containing 

  • name

  • affiliation and position

  • contact information 

  • university level educational history (indicating the year of graduation for each university level)
